Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and develop new customers for machining and fabrication services.
    • Visit customers regularly and understand their technical requirements.
    • Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and coordinate with the engineering/Estimation team for quotations.
    • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
    • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
    • Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
    • Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Sales Experience.  

Experience
    • 2–4 years of sales experience in machining, fabrication, precision engineering, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
    • UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge
    • Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, structural steel, and sheet metal works gives added advantage.
    • Familiarity with costing, estimation, and quotation preparation.

Skills Required
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Technical sales and solution-selling approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
