Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for machining and fabrication services.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their technical requirements.
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and coordinate with the engineering/Estimation team for quotations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Sales Experience.
Experience
- 2–4 years of sales experience in machining, fabrication, precision engineering, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, structural steel, and sheet metal works gives added advantage.
- Familiarity with costing, estimation, and quotation preparation.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Technical sales and solution-selling approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
